Refund Policy
When do CGF issue refunds?
Refunds are issued by CGF only when:
- The order is cancelled by the customer; or
- The customer returns a product and requests for a refund
- When the product ordered by customer is not in stock.
Once we have received the returned product, our team will verify the nature of the defect/damage. After validation, we will send you an acknowledgement via SMS to your registered mobile number.
The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method.
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within 10 business days of receipt of the returned item or cancellation request. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

Can I Get Refund for Partial Order?
Yes. You can request refund for a part of your order if the order contains multiple sub-orders or products.
